Book projects under the scope of that time so you are only committed to work during those hours. Set a maximum of 8 hours a day or 40 hours a week for work because according to study, longer working hours can lead to stress and anxiety. Stress and anxiety may lead to higher mental and physical health risks.
Also, remember that aside from work, you still have to set time for your family. As a mother, I am certain that we all know how much time we will need to do household chores alone.

I am a collector or notebooks and planners. Honestly, at first, I was hesitant to use it until one day, I found myself missing out on some important things to do. Now, I start my day or week rather by writing things to do on my planner.
I prefer to use weekly planners. I can specify what I want to do on a daily basis and just check each of it when done. I once used mobile apps and desktop apps but I find writing on a notebook more convenient.

From your schedule, you can determine what are your priorities. I know the feeling. Everything on your to-do list are all priorities. Select the “High Priority”, “Medium Priority”, and “Least Priority”. Make sure to spend your time first on your high priorities. Here’s another common feeling. Moms always make the family their highest priority, that is given. Keep that always in mind but make sure to balance it with work. 4. Give time for yourself.
How to manage home and work would be a little easier if we also give time for ourselves. Be physically, spiritually, and emotionally healthy always. Like home and work, it is equally important to give time to yourself because it is the one doing all the hard work. Make time to eat and relax. Being healthy means you can give more love to your family and your work.
Go to a salon for a hand and foot spa, mani-pedi, body massage, or hair and facial treatment. Pamper yourself once in a while and don’t feel guilty about it because it is important to your well being. Otherwise, you will find yourself being burnt out, angry, and stressed all the time.
5. Discover your hobby.
Having a past time can help to redirect the stress you feel from managing home and work. Doing what you love can also be your “me-time”.
